In Fall 2016, I took a quick weekend trip to Oxford & The Cotswolds to take in all the autumn colours and vibes. Here are some pictures from my adventure!
Day Trip to Oxford
Oxford is always a beautiful place to visit, but especially in autumn. There’s something about the fall vibes that compliment its old architecture and charm.
There were so many gorgeous buildings to capture as we walked through the city and the university grounds – like the famous Bridge of Sighs, and Radcliffe Camera among others.
And of course, I had to visit all the Harry Potter-esque locations. Can you spot some familiar scenes?
Road Trip through the Cotswolds
I ended the weekend with a quick roadtrip through one of the most scenic cottage countries in England – The Cotswolds. Again, I feel like this place deserves to be visited in autumn – how beautiful are those colours?!
I spent time driving from town to town, and walked around all of the adorable cottages.
And like everywhere in England, there was lots of history to be seen around every corner.
So if you’re looking to plan your next weekend getaway in autumn, jump in a car and head to Oxford & The Cotswolds!
